Hi DR,IMO, that question will get 10 different answers as to what is best from 10 different "experts" (and I'm certainly not an expert!). :-))
I can think of several reasons why 48dB would be better than 24dB ... and several why it wouldn't!! :-)) I really think if you're interested in resolving this issue optimally, you need to get hold of a flexible digital XO and experiement with different combinations.
