I just used my Milwaukee heat gun, set at the low setting and successfully shrunk my dustcover on my Quad 63's. The hair dryer would have taken hours and still may not have done the trick in my situation.
This was the first time trying this, so others should be able to do it also. I moved fairly briskly over the entire surface paying a little more attention to sagging areas.
My bass resonance/buzzing has gone away thankfully.
