There seems to be no concensus at all about how to place your speakers. The 'traditionalists' do the two in front of me thing, with variations of straight ahead or towed in (or out!) at various angles. Then, there's nearfield and midfield and farfield. And, how 'bout close together, far, far apart (that's how I like it) and everything in-between. We even have folks who swear by the point the edges at me set up. 'Sup wid all dat? Of course, some of us have domestic considerations to worry about (the ol' SO), but still, seems like there would be the ONE best way of listening. Obviously, NOT.
