Currently own two sets of Magnepan IIIa in my home theater upgraded from 1.5 and 0.5 Magnepans. Regluing the IIIa speaker is very easy like the others have said. One IIIa speaker I owned had to have the midrange wires replaced due to corrosion. Magnepan sent me the midrange repair kit which repairs two speakers which only cost $50 when I purchased it last year. Since your issue is with regluing, I would say the most difficult aspect for you will be removing all the staples that hold the sock to the bottom of your speaker.
