I had a friend in NYC, rest his soul, who had a system that consisted on Walsh Ohm A and Ohm F speakers in front, and Spica TC 50's hooked up out of phase for rear ambience. My friend listened to a lot of organ music. I have to say that this was one of the most impressive systems that I have ever heard. It was able to transport the recording venue to his studio apartment with amazing accuracy. I can't say that this was the most transparent system I ever heard, but it was very impressive on organ and large scale orchestral works.
