In stock form they are not bi-wireable, but my MG-12's had the speaker connectors attached via a lock-nut on the inside of the speaker, so you can rewire for bi-wiring without cutting anything and it's reversable.You can use spade connectors, but it's an iffy connection. Bannanas or bare wires are best. Magnepan makes an adapter to attach spades more solidly, plugs into the back of the stock connectors. Your Maggie dealer should know where to get it.
