In my HT setup, I use a Rotel HT receiver driving 45' of Belden 89207 twisted pair (very low capacitance), to an Aragon amp, modded with Jensen input trannies and RF networks installed. WBT Nextgens Silver RCA connectors on the driving ends, Vampire XLRs on the driven end. Assembled as per the Jensen web site, and very quiet, considering all the other audio, video, and power lines nearby.Read the app white paper #AN003, see what they consider the "best" type setup for unbalanced to balanced equipment.
