I think the original poster may be wondering how the MMGW's would compare to say other wall mount solutions. I don't know if that many people want floor standers the size of MMG's in their bedroom, also given the space needed for the MMGs to sound their best. Never having heard the MMGW's but being a MMG owner myself, I too have wondered how the MMGW's would stack up. I am sure that the MMGW's are far from the rest of the Maggie lineup, but I think there is a large difference between saying they are disappointing and saying they are disppointing compared to other Maggies. If the MMGW's have even a portion of the sound put out by their bigger brother, @ $299 a pair and wall mountable they deserve consideration. Remember, I have never heard them, so maybe they are far from impressive. Also remember that us Maggie owners sometimes set the bar a little higher than most and ask for more from a speaker.
