I have owned Dynastats and am familiar with the Renaissance. The Dynastat is very easy to drive for an ESL hybrid.The Renaissance is not listed on the 2007 price list, but might still be available on a special order basis.
I think the Dynastat has been recently updated, and am investigating that now. I'll let you know what I find out. It might be going up in efficiency a bit - SoundLab has been moving in that direction.
