J,Andy's right that it is not as good as going fully active, but if you are going to passively biamp as you are saying, the Gallo has all the flexibility to pull it off and integrate with the Maggies.
I imagine that the improvement here would be worth the dough, but unfortunately, have never tried the gallo. BUt relieving the Rogues of handling that bass panel can only help things IMHO.
