I ran downstairs and unplugged everything after the first light brownout.
The next day after I found the amp blinking (or should I say blinkin amp), first thing I did was unplugged it and rechecked. Then I unplugged it for a number of hours and rechecked. It's been unplugged for enough time for all caps to discharge now. So tonight I exchange fuses and replug all back in.
Thanks all for the words.... hate being without (especially after I just got the thing back up and running after renovating the room for the last 4 months!!).
