Maggie repair, when and how about this glue

68.80.203.143

So I just picked up a pair of IIIas and have heard a little bit of the buzz. Sounds like about 10 sq inches or less in each speaker on select program material. I'm guessing a sooner fix is better than waiting. Comments on this and on the humidity in the work area. More humid now than in a couple months with winter coming.

Now for the glue, I have read Peter's excellent how-to using DAP. I was wondering if anyone has used any of the SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) glues. These include SealsAll (thin glue), Alene's Tacky Glue (frequently used for cone speaker surround replacement) and E6000/GOOP (these being too thick for the purpose). Any input on this type of glue?

Thanks.
