When the boy gets home with his new toy, he paints the feet, put some stickers, and try to change it appearance a bit. After that, he will get the same kind of toy again, brand new. Spoiled, he must be, but his dad learned why the kids fixation was such on getting the same toy over and over again. It was the smell!Unless you prefer the smell of the new magnepan, why worry about the subtle difference (instead of buying use) if you are going to mod it in the long run anyway?
