As we know it all depends on what the remainder is you system, cables,pre, source, etc.I personally have highly enjoyed Futterman H3, Atmasphere MA1 mkII, Hadley 601, Sherwood S5500II(7591), Sherwood S7700(7868), Music Reference RM9 mkII(w/6L6 or TS 5881), Marantz 8B,Dyna ST35, homemade 6L6 with Acro TO-300. Mac 225, Heath W5, Michaelson & Austin TVA1, Monarchy SM-70 (SS) were also good. My favorite was the Hadley, unfortunately it was only on loan to me and I can not find one.
