I tested the mu output of a 10m45s sitting on top of a 6sl7 running 2.5ma using the method in the link.
It measures 4838 ohms output impedance. Considering that the plate resistance of the 6sl7 is 44,000 ohms, that's pretty good.
I'm not sure how much different the DN2540 would be but I would guess not much.
