What Lundahl outputs to use for SRC2495?

Hi guys, first post in this section.

I have a Behringer SRC2494 and I want to replace the analog output section from the AK4395 DAC with a pair of Lundahl transformers but I am not sure what model Lundahl transformer would be best to use?

Single ended output is fine for my use...

That's the big part I need help with :)

Also, I'm just a little vague on implementing this, I can solder fine and I know which are the left and right outs on the dac chip but, do I need to use any caps or resistors in line with the Lundahl's?
