With a step-up ratio of 1:10, the impedance ratio is 1:100, so 47K at the input to your phono preamp "looks" like 470 ohms to your OC9. You can reduce this load by paralleling the 47K resistor with values calculated to give 100 times the load value you desire your cartridge to see. For example, if you put another 47K resistor in parallel with the existing 47K in each channel, your cartridge would now be operating into a 235 ohm load.
