Hi Steve:I am running the 1660 after the 6sn7 to couple to 6em7. The 6em7 then goes through the 1671 to phase split to P/P 845's. So I SE to SE then SE to PP. Kevin likes to split up front and P/P the whole way, which I will try before it is over. If you are going to run alot of current through the 845 driver you need more than the 1660 can take. That is why I put the 1660 1st and 1671 before the 845.
I know that the 1671 is p/p and not sure about 1660 I got it 3 years ago and Kevin knew where it was going so I would assume it is also P/P.
I not sure what type of amp you are going to build but I can tell you that 845's bring the house down. The trans interstaged P/P's DHT's floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee!!!!
Call Kevin up, tell him what you have in mind and he will set you in the right direction. He knows which trans will work the best in your situation.
