Anand,There is a semi-quantitative way to look at the data you have presented. 22mV at the plate of the output transformer will be turned into a speaker terminal voltage depending on the step-down ratio of the output transformer. Let's say that you are building a 300B amp with a 3K to 8 ohm transformer. That is a 19.4:1 turns ratio, so the resulting ripple at the speaker terminals will be about 1.1mV. If the 22mV was RMS, then in my opinion this is low enough for speakers with less than 95dB sensitivity. Of course, hum tolerance is a subjective thing, but I put myself in the middle of the pack and this would be good enough for me.
