Well, for through-hole the Takman resistors are very good and much cheaper than Tantalum film. Unlike other carbon films I've tried, the Takman carbons don't seem to soften anything, very clear, so either their carbon or metal films are worth trying.For surface mount ,as of today there are what's in the attached image plus whatever I might have missed. (Before ordering any you'd be wise to check the data sheets to be sure they're tantalum nitride films, I used an old link I'd saved to go there and it's always possible something got in that doesn't belong on the list.)
