I have not heard of a "hibernation problem" but I have a suspicion of what it means.

Please describe the symptoms.
Tell me the Mark level and version of your RAKK DAC.
If the power supply is a Raleigh Audio power supply tell me the model and version. If it is not a Raleigh Audio supply, describe the design and topology.
