What immediately comes to mind is the LL2745/PP connected for 2.8+2.8:1+1 service. In this connection the primary inductance is 290H. If the output impedance is not low enough for your needs, then the LL1689 (from which the LL2745 was developed) will allow for 4.5+4.5:1+1 service.
