How to use S&B grid chokes as phase splitter?

Hi,

Does anyone have a simple wiring diagram to show how to use the S&B grid chokes as an autoforner phase splitter? I have a pair I purchased from Brian some years ago, and would like to try them out in a push pull design as a phase splitter. I realize they can't have DC on them so there will be a capacitor in front. Anyone know how to wire this up?
