I am trying to refresh my memory, so I have been trying to find this old thread.
I have since learned that Garth has sadly passed away, but no matter what I put in the search it comes up with not found.
Was it deleted for some reason?
Here is a picture of the page I printed back in 2006.

 Isn't it funny how we can get to like someone we have probably never met in person. But if you were to meet them, you may not like them ?
