The Vinyl Engine site provides information on this tonearm except effective mass. Does anyone know what it is?

Hi Brian,

Back in the days when you could still buy these new, we used the 9g figure for the effective mass of this arm.

I don't remember how we came to have that number, since Grace never provided this detail with the arms...so please use it only as a rough reference.

The G-714 and the G-704 are extremely well engineered and very musical arms...enjoy.

Rick.

The arm belongs to a customer who has it on his Technics SP-10 Mk II.
