SAMS Photofacts. Most members of this group know what they are. I have about 4 or 5 filing cabinets full of SAMS folders, and I am at the point where I need to divest. Any suggestions for disposing of all of them ? Donation perhaps- but to whom ? Bulk Sale ? Looking for suggestions.

Do you have the TV, the Hifi or auto Radio ones ?

None of them are really worth that much but if one is buying vintage stuff it does have some details in the Hifi one.

You have a treasure trove that few are interested in these days. 20 years ago they were valuable to us that were finding and restoring older gear and readily available. Unfortunately the internet killed SAMS.
There is/was one inmate and I can't recall whom that had many as well. He had/has a website linking them for access. You might check this list to see if they would be interested in filling missing pieces. I had gotten several from A.G.Tannenbaum in the past as he was close by my home. I think he has since relocated to a warmer climate. Many of these were frequent participants here but have faded away.
It sucks to get old. It really sucks to get old and bitter.

I wonder of hifiengine.com would be interested. Free for them and, posted on January 19, 2021 at 23:52:39

free for its members.

Of course, SAMS still exists as samswebsite.com. Could always see if they need more, as I hate to see them thrown away.

There's always eBay as a last resort. I bet there is someone on eBay that would be interested.

Great thought. Nt, posted on January 20, 2021 at 15:19:30

"Sams" is still in business and, I think, pretty careful about their copyright (nt), posted on January 25, 2021 at 07:37:12
