This is the cap that goes from the 16 ohm tap to ground, its in series with a 68 ohm 1 watt resistor. The value in the set is .1 uf @ 400 vdc, but measuring across the cap there is little-to-no dc voltage as expected. Can I use a lower voltage rating, suc as a 200 vdc k40Y? thanks!

Yes, voltage will never be that high here.n A 50V one would do...

Thanks, Rom, yes, that was my guess and the voltage measurement confirmed that!
