Anyone familiar with the "Crown FM-300" tuner made by Crown Radio of Japan? I had one in the late 60s-early 70s hooked up to an Allied Radio integrated amp. Can't remember if it was any good, but have a chance to buy one.

A tuner can only be as 'good' as its antenna allows it to be.

I think they were competitive.

FYI, Crown (USA) was only marketed under that brand in America. Elsewhere it was marketed under the AMCRON brand (including Canada).
