 having installed 2 match quad of PSVANE horizon KT 88 on my Cary monos, after 2 months of using , one of the tubes failed. got in touch with PSVANE and they sent a replacement match quad(delivery was more than a month).Drop in the replacement quad, adjusted the bias everything was good .After 2 days, Turn on the AMP and lo and behold one of the replacement tubes was smoking and turned orange. This only means PSvane tubes have reliability issues.They have a poor quality control.I tried to get intouch through email and i get no answer.

 I've had a pair of Cary SLAM 100s for 20+ years and they really bang on the tubes and stress the output capacitors.

They've been back to NC several times.

 i have a backup KT88 Mullard that i installed right after this incident and nothing happen bias was steady ,turn on the amp. JUst music

 They (the Chinese) sell almost every tube they produce. How else to you explain the grade A, grade B, grade C, export grade, etc BS. Of course the quality control is brutal. You want a good quad? Buy an octet. Maybe you will get lucky and end up with 4 that last. Maybe not. Don't you hate it when $100 a pop tubes fail?
