Custom power transformer for Allen 75 amp

 Hi guys

WE have a rare situation where one leg of the bias winding is shorted to the B+ and the other is open. This unit is different than common Allen 75s. It has only one heater winding and a little different bias circuit.

In order to keep the circuit and patina, we'll unpot the blow one and have a custom one built and pot that in the original can.

Where is a good source for a custom power transformer. Heybor isn't responding to email and phone calls.

 Someone with a McIntosh was posting about the same problem on another forum. None of the usual sources were willing to take it on, if they even replied. Are you sure there's not an OTS transformer from Hammond or Edcor that might fit in the can and do the job? Maybe you could add a small transformer for bias somewhere on the chassis.

 I've look but can't find a match. We want to keep the amp l0oking original, patina and all so multiple transformers aren't an option yet.
