Normally Jac (Jac Music and EML) is quick to respond via email and very helpful. I've tried contacting him a few times in the last three weeks and have not received a response and it looks like the EML forum is down too.

I hope he is okay. Anyone heard from him or know what is going on? Hopefully it is because he busy and has a backlog.

Cheers.

He has a huge stock...... BIG investment.....

I hope he has other guys who can run the operation if he's out of it for any reason.

A huge stock of tubes and transformers can be a millstone round your neck. In a smaller way a lot of us are getting older and really should sell off a lot of our collections while we are still in control of them.

That's for sure. It's taking me years to purge with a couple+ left to go. I've progressed but it barely looks like it.

The beat goes on.

Sold last month a pair of Acoustat 1+1, Melos GK-1 pre, Project TT, Leak sandwich speakers, records I'll never listen to again, tubes tubes and more tubes again, speaker spikes, Sherwood s-5000 IV, and then some.

But... then the above sales are going to fund the repair of my C22 and a cart/stylus for the EMT 928....both of which have been idle for far too long.

It's a disease. The cure is death.

I just received an order from JAC. 2A3 mesh plates and some D3A's. Took 8 weeks to arrive in the USA. Frustrating lack of communication once order was placed. But still a valuable supplier.

Where else can I get new medium mu DHT driver tubes? Real mesh plates? The product is really good but the order follow-up not so much.

He is apparently snowed amid COVID craziness in Europe.

I'd wish his post-order follow-up was better: it might save him some time and his customers some uncertainty.
