I was reading some of your postings and I like what I hear(see). You are a much more controlled person than Dr. LoMu was on disagreements and other things and make a lot of sense instead of being called all kinds of names.
Dr. was a big, big, follower of you and in many ways, his mentor.

Btw, how is he doing? I always got along with him mainly(I think) because I am not knowledgeable enough to challenge his thoughts. But if others didn't agree with him they were called all kinds of names.

Tell him if you can, Paul, his lonsman says hello. If he remembers me. I always had his back.

There's a reason he's been banned from every audio forum on the planet. Maybe you could do this privately, huh?

We should unban Jeff!

We could limit him to 3 posts a week.

I enjoy both the art and the science...as such we need Jeff to represent the fringes here.

Jeff is a unique character and is probably doing just fine.

Even if we limit him to 3 posts a week(month or what have you) I think his frequency isn't the issue. It's what he says that is and attacking (not discussing) others that don't agree.

I sort of understood him BUT................

But then, I miss Romy. :-(

His email address is available relentlessly in the many posts where he is peddling justifications of his beliefs. You can probably converse with him there at length

TK has it right. He has been banned from just about every known audio forum where tube DIY is discussed and even some where it's not. Shouldn't be hard to find his email address.

Your post is a non-sequitur.

TK made the blanket statement: "No one here wants to hear about LoMu."

He was obviously incorrect - because some of us do.

You and another member said you would like to hear from him. I suggested a way to contact him - privately.

As for my comment about him being banned on just about every popular audio forum, that is a fact.

Have not built anything in a while... :) Have nearly collected the bits for the next build. And I have a new crossover to play with.

I hope you post up here what you are building?

Is this still the cathode driven circuit? If I know you it'll be a "big" triode!

I've always been a fan of the simplicity of your e-linear circuit using the UL taps for the pentode driver stage and having a single LC power supply.

It is not a very big triode at all. 65W plate rating. But using it zero biased, and comfortably driving its grid positive is going to yield some significant power whilst staying Class A... :)
