Unable to modify email address

 Whenever I try to modify the existing email address for my account, I get an error. All required fields in the profile page are completed, but I still get an error. I tried contacting an administrator weeks ago but received not response yet. Help!?

 Did you enter your password at the bottom of the page?

It's likely that you didn't or you have forgotten your password.

 Yes, I input my password on all attempts. Unless there is a different one for that page, it is the correct one.

 Your password can't be correct. I just tried it with the wrong password and you would get this error at the bottom of the page.





If you're getting that error, the click on Logout in the upper right of the page. Then, login again. If you can't, reset your password per my last post.

 I reset my password and tried to update my email, same exact issue occurs.

 I can't duplicate the problem. If there is an error, you need to look at the entire page as the specific error will tell you what the problem is.
