In attempting to pay membership support my debit card is repeatedly refused saying that it has expired. WRONG!
The card info is suto filled and I checked the info given and it is correct... It IS correct. Still refused. That card and number has been used three times today with no problem. Now What???

I don't get it Jack. I tried several combinations and thought it might be using a month of 3 vs 03, but that isn't it. The only error I could create is using 2021 vs 21 as it expects a two digit year.

Is this the error you got?

Error! I'm sorry, that credit card has expired, or the date entered is invalid. Please try another card or re-enter the expiration date.!

Yes. I just figured out how to reply. (Going through e-mail doesnt work.) That is the answer I get. Tried many times. I used that same card this afternoon on a purchase from Music Direct and it worked fine.

Tried filling out required information by hand instead of using autofill. Apparently that has worked. WTH!
