 Are you talking about the hyperlinks for the menus and whatnot?

We started working on a new look that would support tablets and phones and implemented the framework in the link below. Unfortunately, we got side tracked on the project as it requires touching everything and we were looking at some CSS tricks to make it quicker. I need to get back on it.
