How come Tannoy stopped making a 12" in their Heritage

They have the 10", but then it jumps to 15" ... Just wondering..

 Not sure why there's not a 12" speaker in the current line, but all is not well at Tannoy.

 Last major Tannoy "takeover" By the horrid Harmon Corporation.. Seriously set the Brand back Decades.
Ditto for all the other venerable brands they absorbed.
Arguable if they Ever Recovered from this.. IMO they didn't.
This takeover has effectively ended it.. except for the "Name' which will be further devalued, likely into obscurity.
