Wanted to let others know how HIFI EXQUIS COM does business. I ordered some 300b tubes from them. One of them was defective. They told me to send it back to China. I opened their web site and used the posted address and phone number for return. Later they told me that the address and phone number on their web site was not correct. Now the package is lost and they tell me they can not send a replacement because they have not received the other tube back. They take no blame for posting the incorrect return information and tell me that it is my problem. I am out $300 and they refuse to do the right thing. Avaoid this company at all cost.
