I bought a Hickok 750 from this seller on ebay. He stated that it worked fine. However, the item that arrived was a basket case. It blew a circuit breaker when first I plugged it into an AC socket due to a shorted power cable. Seller stated that he would refund my payment but reneged, and tried to keep my money and the boat anchor. However, ebay provided my refund. If you see this boat anchor listed on ebay, buyer beware.
