I've had this LG OLED TV for about 6 months now and a few weeks ago, when I was watching Netflix, I lost my internet connection on the TV. I have an Ethernet Wire going to it. - No wireless used. So, I tried powering off the TV and it still would not connect to my Internet. All of my other Network Devices had internet. So, I removed the power from the TV Completely by powering it off at the plug. When I turned the TV back on it immediately connected just fine and I resumed watching the Flick. This event started occurring on a much more regular basis, with the exact same results. I have to remove power from the TV at the plug, to get it to connect again. Finally after having the TV disconnect the internet twice within the span of an hour, I connected the TV Wirelessly with no Problems. And I did not have to remove the power from the TV. Now I just replaced the Ethernet Cable to see of that might be the problem (I doubt it, but I have to try - It would seem to me that having to power off the TV at the plug, to get it to connect again with Ethernet points to a TV Problem.). I have also contacted LG briefly to see if someone else had reported this problem - They said no. Anything I'm overlooking? |
