I'm still using the stock stands. I've been using them for many years and am now finally going to upgrade. I know about Mye Stands and Sound Anchors. I'd enjoy hearing some input on this matter. My room is 10H X 20 X 16. Presently I have excellent bass but occasionally, on certain recordings, I get some mid range ringing. Thanks for sharing your experience.

You want the panels to be braced - AFAIK only the Mye stands do this.

Grant's stands are by far the best for the 20. series. Very well worth the investment.

They make a major improvement. I promise, you'll say "why did I wait so long?"
