I went to my doc this morning. My lungs are now sounding all clear. YAY!
He told me to go my hardest on the inspirator gadget!

Damn it's hard. Even on the weakest setting ;-)

 The paradigm I follow is 5 inspirations that take like around 8 seconds followed by 1 minute of rest for a total of 6 times as in the experiment below. The lowest setting on the unit I have would likely not be hard but you just had a serious lung disease?? The literature seems to point to inspiration only being the most effective. Glad you're doing well.
