takes on 4 robbers and sends them packing in the BMW SUV.

Another good guy with gun.

Cops should add on the parking in a handicapped space charge.

It's a bit disappointing I was hoping the Rednecks were high tailing it out of there for Texas. This will gives me some hope that maybe, just maybe, California isn't the hell hole they describe it as being.

it's a real shame that a store owner has to live with the stress of being prepared to face down a weapon of war just to earn a living in modern America.

Where did you see the news report the rifles had a selector switch with functional triple burst and full auto options ?

I did not see that anywhere other than both the rifles and BMW were stolen.

The primary suspect, a 23-year-old male, remains hospitalized in critical, but stable condition, and his identity will not be released at this time.

The following three suspects were immediately taken into police custody in the hospital parking lot and were booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for robbery and conspiracy. They are being held in lieu of $500,000 bail:

Justin Johnson, 22-years old resident of Inglewood, CA

Jamar Williams, 27-year-old resident of Los Angeles, CA

Davon Broadus, 24-year old resident of Las Vegas, NV

Wonder what they did to get the guns and car. Hope there is a sane DA on this one.

This report states both the BMW and firearms were stolen., posted on August 3, 2022 at 16:36:23

Not to mention they were also parking in a handicapped space. At least one of them now probably qualifies for that space.

Given we are living in the age of 'Moral Inversion', I'd expect the 'victim' in all this to get a string of Legal Visitors offering services to SUE the guy with the shotgun.
Imagine! Defending your property! Denying the guy the right to Rob You.

Mark my words.....this ain't over!

Not to mention the (probable) fact that the robber can't rub 2 nickels together and is therefore getting a HUGE hospital bill written off to the taxpayer.
Me? I'd impoverish his entire family to pay any of the bill. Too bad Debters Prison is not longer an answer....
Too much is never enough

If he was in NY, the DA would have already done it and brought him up on charges like the NY bodega clerk that was being robbed and assaulted by 2 thugs. 3 thugs if you count the DA.

At least the judge had enough sense to throw out the DA charges.

I don't know that the DA can 'throw out' what will turn into a Civil action.

Just like OJ dodged the criminal charges, but was 'gotten' in a civil finding fueled by the Goldman family......And Brown family?

The DA didn't throw out the charges, the DA brought the bogus charges against the bodega clerk that was defending himself against the attackers.

The judge through out the corrupt DA's charges at the trail.

SO hilarious.... especially when the little pussy went crying that the store-owner shot his arm off! I will have to stop by there next time I am in town to see my Mother, and give him a high five....
