I have a VTA-120 power amp it sounds and has good OPT's but I have read the OPT's are the heart of a TUBE amp so I would like to know which of the Lundahl OPT's will be the best replacement to fit on that Dynaco size chassis to push my amp to the best possible sonics ?

If your amplifier truly delivers 120 watts, then you will need the LL1679/PP, which will just fit on a Stereo 70 chassis in place of the VTA-120 output transformers, if the large Lundahl cover is used. I know because I have done this before.

Hi Kevin, So would the Output transformers you recommended still be the one to use?

Yeah sorry, duhhhh about 60 watts. ST-70 = 35w/ch.

The smaller, less expensive LL1682/PP is rated max 40watts @ 30Hz and the LL1679/PP is rated max 105watts @ 30Hz
