I listened to that CD along with Miki with Steve Nelson on vibes. I really like her. I have two more to listen to tonight.

Miki is great. I came home from a week in Maine, and a promo disc of the new album was waiting in my mailbox. Played it right away. As much as I like her composing skills, this album of other people's tunes is a great and interesting assemblage of songs. BTW, Tyrone Allen is one of the finest young bassists on the scene today. I have seen/heard him with Miki and a couple other bands. He is a product of the DMV. Miki will be doing a rare and solo gig in DC at Blues Alley on 12 November.

Ciao,
