This was an incredible sextet and a great tune - Jessica's Day. They take the tune quite a bit up tempo from the Quincy and Basie versions.

Dig the young Zawinul in the rhythm section.

Live version in Switzerland

Whatever Carmen did, Cannonball did the opposite.

I heard the Nat Adderley Quintet in London with Jimmy Cobb on drums. My my, what a great drummer. Nat lived in the shadow of his brother, but he was a great musician. Notice not a "trumpeter" because he played the cornet. And how!

I was lucky to hear the sextet you linked live and also Cannon's sextet w/Charles Lloyd., posted on July 31, 2022 at 12:30:21
IIRC the one w/Yusef at an outdoor festival in Baltimore, w/Lloyd at Bohemian Caverns in D.C. Both groups were ridiculously good. Nat's been one my absolute fave trumpet players forever. I might have every recording he's been on, or pretty damn close.
