 I'm just wondering if there is a place I can source these particular drivers..... (The 1 3/8 inch screw mount.) Thank you much.

 There are very few top notch tweeter compression drivers that screw mount.
An exception is the BMS driver attached,, very unusual how high it goes.

 Which particular drivers? There are dozens of drivers that use a 1 3/8" screw mount.

 You can get (drilled for both) 2 and 3-bolt flange to 1-3/8" adapters at Parts Express, then you can look at a wider variety of good drivers, new or vintage.
