I think the behind the scenes video tour of Rega headquarters done by Michael Fremer is really an exceptionally expansive peek into the philosophy and manufacturing abilities of Rega. I have heard more than a few Rega products over the years and am sort of lukewarm in my response to their sonic qualities but this video really shows off Rega in an impressive light. Seemingly very happy employees working in clean, spacious, well lit environments with an "all hands pitch in" approach was good to see. Well worth the time watching all 5 parts IMHO. Nice job Mr. Fremer.

Also very impressed with the high engineering standards, the ongoing striving for improvement to component parts and the overall quality control.

Re: "seemingly very happy employees." They very well may be happy, but their demeanor while on camera with the boss standing in front of them is hardly a barometer. I too was very impressed with the footage, though I have not yet seen it all.
