Zinc supplements are great, but feeling tired after 3 months

"The UK recommended ranges for zinc intake are 5.5-9.5 mg/day for males and 4.0-7.0 mg/day for females. A total daily zinc intake of up to 50 mg/day is considered safe". For the past 3 months, I went to the max and took 50 mg per day. My old injuries healed, and new ones heal fast too. I cut myself when building cables (twice!), and almost no blood came out! My finger nails seem to grow faster, and my hair too. When talking to skeptics, I feel calmer, I was calm before, but now it's crazy calm! Very nice this zinc supplement! But recently I feel tired after I take the zinc tablet. I will lower the dosage. Going on max dosage is not good in the long-term. Not with any supplement or vitamin. All roads lead back to the natural state, getting the minerals and vitamins from pure food. |
