  Poormans SAMA may have bben a better descrition. It just isolates the plinth from the base. I used large matel bolts to do it last time.

      Well....Yes you are, of course, correct. I assumed you knew what I was refering to. ARe there other motors you can buy to biuld a SAMA for less than the 400.00 from VPI?

        I am not even using my TNT SAMA anymore. A $30 motor has effectively blown it away!

        Do a search for postings about the Papst Motor.
