I posted this once before. These are a collection of back issues from a few audio magazines. Some interesting stuff here!
Follow Ups:
I spent many lunch times in my high school library reading High Fidelity magazine between 1970-72. That was my intro to the audiophile world. Got my first system to go to college in '72 based partly on its reviews. I miss that magazine.
Thanks for contributing that link
First issue I referenced was May of '74 as that was about the time I invested heavily in equipment. Wanted to see if any info on my early components. There was an ad for Transcriptors tonearm. "Low pressure on records" which was an attractive feature to me. Employed the arm for many years.
Will be alot of entertainment reading these back issues. Thanks again
I was a big Stereo Review fan back in the day, but mainly for the music reviews. Steve Simels was a favorite.
Simels runs a power pop blog but has been in poor health recently and hasn't contributed a lot.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.

Here's one from Audio magazine.
